AFTER PHOTOGRAPH: This is a right profile view of a 24 year old woman in whom approximately 2 pounds of tissue was removed from each breast during breast reduction surgery.  It's notable in this photograph that this woman is standing up much straighter after 4 pounds of weight has been removed from the front of her chest.  Better posture typically leads to less back pain and also has very positive effects on the way a woman's body is perceived.

BEFORE PHOTOGRAPH: This is a frontal view of a 31 year old woman who had differently sized breasts prior to undergoing breast reduction surgery.   No two sides of the human body are identical.  In the case of the breasts, it is very common to find marked differences between the breasts.  This is normal and can be related to differences in the shape of the right and left sides of the rib cage on which a woman's breasts sit, the shape of her spine (i.e.
